Local COVID Community Survey for Residents of Nipissing and Parry Sound

The North Bay and Parry Sound District Health Unit, in partnership with many local community agencies and First Nations, is officially launching the local COVID Community Survey! The survey is open to all residents of the Nipissing and Parry Sound Districts who are 16 years of age and older. The survey takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete and asks respondents about their health, well-being, and challenges since the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020.
